Pro hobby,

For the collectors,insulator, mounting screws and couplers use the parts form the powered unit. For the control I would use the ERR RCDR Dummy board. That way if you wanted to add sounds later on you could. The mini EX don't support sounds. The RCDR will only support Leds for lights.
