I see that this is an older post, but I just bought a beautiful ABA set (used) with the same exact problem. It literally looks like it was never run, but some of the grills are warped. Did you have any luck? I'm hesitant to glue them down because it would require such a small amount of glue. Also, if you push the grill down in one place, it pops up in another. Thanks for any insight.
