No but dumb people do not use their senses and avoid driving onto railroad tracks. I'm all about safety but at some point you have to take some responsibility for your driving. I use GPS all the time to help me get where I'm going but when it tells me to turn left, I'm smart enough to make sure I am turning onto a road and not a train track. I'm just saying if you are going to drive you should be paying attention to your surroundings.
