Looks pretty good, but remember that MAIN LINE rails are rarely, if ever, "rusty". If you are modeling in the steam era, i.e. prior to the mid 1950s, railroad rails were pretty well covered with that green colored plain bearing journal box oil.

 

Todays "modern era" rail seems to oxidize differently due to all the composition brake shoe dust and various dry-lube flange lubrication.
