Weaver 57' Mechanical Reefers and ERR Mini Commander

Can a ERR Mini Commander be used to control the on/off functions of the Weaver 57' Mechanical Reefers with sound? If so which one is the correct version to use and how do you open the car to put it inside? If any one has done this pictures would be nice.
