Weaver C-630 Run problem help!

Tom weaverOGR Forum Member DIGITAL SUBSCRIBER

Gave a Weaver C630 to a young fellow and of course its not running correctly! Perhaps some one can help. Itis a 3 rail version/. The horn blows/buzzes continually and it will run in one direction only! His father is using a Lionel KW transformer! Thanks in advance!!
