Weaver Canadian National Set

I just purchased a Canadian National freight set produced by Weaver for Casey Inc and was manufactured in 1997. The set is brand new and still in the original packaging featuring a CN GP38-2 Ultra Line diesel (drive shaft drive), a CN 2-bay hopper, a CN flat with wood load, a CN boxcar, a CN covered hopper and finally a CN NE style caboose. I have attached a picture of the set.

My questions are does anyone know the history behind this set and anything about the Casey, Inc. Many searches on my part have revealed nothing about either. My hopes someone out there might.
