Weaver Coupler Assembly

Hey everyone,

I am looking for this kind of coupler assembly for a Weaver Hopper. The coupler broke off on mine, and I need a replacement. I would appreciate it if someone is selling it or can lead me to where I can get one. All the ones I have found include trucks as well, which I do not need. Thanks for any help.
