Weaver steam engine TMCC to ERR?

Hi GUYZ,

I have a Weaver G1098LP O Gauge BRASS Reading G1 4-6-2 Steam Loco w/ Tender TMCC #109. This engine runs real good but I want to get slower starts and maintain speeds around long curves and inclines. The question I have is will ERR CC- M work in this engine? Is there any problems doing this upgrade? Thanks for your time.
