Black Friday is behind us and it is full steam ahead for Christmas. It is time for the first Weekend Photo Fun in December.
Every year I set up trains to run around the Christmas Trees at my church , Parkway Wesleyan Church in Roanoke.
As I was setting up the track Wednesday I had several children watching.
This weekend the Virginia Museum of Transportation will have reduced admission, $5.00, and train rides (Candy Cane Express). That means Saturday and Sunday we will be running trains on the layout. Here are pictures from the kids level Christmas layout we put together this year at the VMT.

It is really nice you set up trains at your church. The children seem to be quite interested. They are our future in the church.
Question: What does KC&NW stand for on the little 2-8-0 under the tree? Kansas City & North Western jumps out at me. Tell me it is for something else. 
The Christmas area at the VMT is great. I hope to make some progress on my Christmas layout this weekend so I will have something to post on this thread. My friendly neighborhood man in the brown uniform delivered the rest of my Fastrack yesterday.
