This is right around 5pm Thursday night in Chicago. They used to call the hours of 4-6pm rush hour. Not this week!!! Pictured is an Orange Line train at LaSalle and Van Buren that runs from downtown to Midway Airport on ‘The Loop’. Also serviced at these stations are Brown, Purple, Green and Pink Lines. The LaSalle station links commuters with the Metra Rock Island LaSalle Street Station which was the former home to New York Central trains! The empty platform with the green canopy is at the main Chicago library.
