Anyhow, here are some photos I took of some of the more interesting O scale figures (many Arttista, but not all) I have on the layout set into various scenes on the railroad…
A welder cools off outside the East Altoona roundhouse:
Nearby, an engineer heads to his train:
Not far away in the diesel maintenance facility, we catch some workers taking a break:
Heading east, here’s a fellow loading a truck with bags of grain at Goodman’s Feedmill in Port Royal:
Just up a few blocks away, a couple of guys in an alley unload a pickup truck and carry some items into the old Hotel Royal:
And four miles further east in Mifflintown, a railroad worker unloads a box car on the team track near Mifflin Interlocking:
