Before I retired from practice, I did have a subscription sent for a model railroad magazine sent to the office. Not sure how many patients actually read it, but I completely get what you are doing. I also posted a train calendar in every exam room, and found that a number of my patients were model railroaders, and I'm still friends with several of them after all these years.
