a few of the many different Marx CP types...

there is an impostor in the group.  i have an actual pre-war double-reduction drive for a CP type, but it's not in 100% working  condition with a missing pickup, so i have modified a "3000" with a Baldwin driver DR drive so i can run a CP passenger train on modern track.

there are two clockwork shells... the first c/w shell i ever got did not have the original motor, but after searching for a few years, i came across a complete windup model.  still have hung on to the other one as it has a different headlight lens along with a markedly different finish.

the Army Suppy Train locomotive is a heavy model that came with a large 12 car military set...

along with the standard front-end weight, there is a good size hunk of cast iron in the cab.

i'd like to see another version of a CP "heavy" if any exist.
cheers...gary
