My 257 still needs his side rods installed, I'm planning on ordering some from Hennings Trains, the rods themselves being $2.00 each, and the side rod screws being $1.25 per screw. I'm not certain, but I believe they could possibly work for your 262. If you wanted, I could give you the link to them.
