Is there an update that has to be done ?

Once the Premium version of the app is available (late December is the current target date for release) you will be able to acquire it via an in-app purchase, from within the free or standard version of the app.

Regardless, there will almost certainly be an update to the free and standard versions of the app at the time that the Premium version is released, possibly along with a WIU firmware update. However, I wouldn't expect any app or WIU updates before then.
