When the 765 ran steam excursions on Metra in Chicago two years ago, we had about a dozen digital billboards all over town. They had a video of the 765 moving with the web site - 765.org - on the screen. Easy to remember on a quick glance at a billboard from the interstate.

Expensive? You betcha.

The trips sold out.

You have to spend money to make money.
