What dealer(s) doing pre-orders for American Flyer Polar Express sets?

Just learned today that my LHS decided not to order any American Flyer Polar Express sets since they likely won't arrive in time for holiday selling so my question is "Who can I turn to now?" What dealer(s) have the best pre-order pricing on these sets or is it already too late? Have I missed the proverbial boat so to speak, or more accurately have I've missed on getting an A.F.P.E.?
