What Did You Buy at York?

What followed you home?

I picked up the following:

-MTH Long Island Railroad "Jaws III" snow plow. Not sure what I'll ever do with it but it was too cool to pass up!

- MTH B&O Wagontop Boxcar

- Williams By Bachmann Toronto Peter Witt Trolley. Two Toronto PCCs are at the nearby National Capital Trolley Museum and I was fortunate to be able to operate one a couple years ago so this was a no brainer. I try to avoid Trainworld due to past experience but they had an incredible $100 price on these that no other dealers could match.

-Lionel Short Extension Bridge

-JT's Mega Steam

-Crab cake Sandwich and Lemonade from Sherri's.

I was on the look out for a RTR Lionel set from the 1990s - the Santa Fe Special. No luck. Did see several other sets on my "get list" that was a Childhood set. Saw a few but didn't buy 'em. Wasn't feeling it this trip to get one (an early MTH Superliner train set). Maybe in the fall.....!

Also went back and looked several times at the WBB B&O 4-6-0 but didn't pull the trigger.

Finally, I was looking for some MTH Railking NASA rolling stock. Didn't see the ones I was looking for. I see Stockyard Express has one in stock. I'l call them in the AM and order it.
