Got to run trains for a bit last evening. I had the basement to myself...the one I share with my X-box addicted son... at least until he and his buddies came back home to play. Remember when we used to head to the basement to run trains with our friends? These kids hardly even look at my layout.

Checked another engine off the service list. My C&O NW-2 is lubed and ready to go. Switched out this loco for my WM RS-3.

Spotted some cars and started planning a track work project. Nothing major but a change that will allow for some additional operational variety.

Paul- sorry to hear about your wife's fall. Hopefully just a bruised ego.

Mike- glad to hear the wood splitting is done.

Seems like everyone had a great time at York. I keep saying next year I'm going. Maybe next year.
