Since getting settled in, thought I'd take advantage of my newfound space to give my custom Frankenloco Pennsy 2-8-0 a workout and see just how tough she is.
Here she's pulling a consist of 16 cars, most modern MTH stuff but several PW cars with some serious drag.
The engine has a Pittman worm drive that's geared way down (don't know exact ratio) so top speed at 19 volts is relatively slow but she has absolutely no problem with torque to pull this heavy load.
