Thanks Paul...please snap me a picture of the product labels. This would help as I may order online...as I will not be doing the streets immediately. I’ll be doing some measurements and may use styrofoam to perform a dry run on locations of buildings and streets...

I find from your explained process and what I had planned, you have the best option I believe.
You photos if your street was nice.
