Thanks again Farmer John, that’s very sage advice. In my mind I’m attempting to visualize THE final product. In all likelihood, if there is such a thing as being done, it will entail numerous changes. I guess I’m trying to minimize the change orders. It just has to evolve as it will. Follow the rails to see where they take you.
