Fixed my power issue last night. I had to add a common feed to the opposite side of the loop. I only had one in the back and I guess the continuity thorough two switches wasn't that good. It was a 5 minute fix and all is well again.

The 44 tonner is running at about 8v. Nice and smooth now. I cleaned the track too.
