Aahh Mitch, it's not that bad. A Tortoise draws about .004A at 12V max (when they're moving) and less when they're stalled. I can throw all 124 of them at the same time for .5A. The relay coils are also pretty low draw. Electric company won't get rich off that.

Now let's talk about those Pullmor motors of yours.
