Did you add them to the SCARM lib folder in C:\Program Files\SCARM or C:\Program Files(x86)\SCARM? Isn't that where they need to be?

yes they use to work I upgraded and now they don't whats funny tho is if I open a saved layout with them in it they all show up in the drawing but still not in the library list.
