Frank- this storm wasn't too bad with the winds. The first of the 4 Nor-easters that rolled through in early March did a significant amount of damage. We have a lot of 80+ year old Oak and Maple trees in my neighborhood. Lost a good number of them in Super Storm Sandy. The road in this photo was not passable due to the fallen trees.

Once again, a snowstorm took out trees and limbs and several shrubs in our side yard .image All the local tree experts will be very busy in our neighborhood at least until the real Spring gets to us. Then, we can have clean-up, take-away, and new plantings. And I'm not even sure what to have planted in place of the losses because the maurading deer who trek thru the yard every day EAT EVERYTHING, except the Blue Spruce.

For us, this has been a hard Winter.
