Thanks Brian, Dave, Paul, Bob and Matt for the nice words ! It's funny here where I live it's cheaper to buy 2x4x12's and cut them down to what I need then it is to buy 2x4x8's. So at the rate I need 3 more 2x4x12 and the framing will be done! 
Matt I do plan on using T-111 to side it as that is what I already have on the rest of the garage. Trying to make it match the best I can.
Now here is the kicker about this whole train room build. The wife wasn't sure about it at first, but now that I have the walls framed and the roof pretty much on she thinks it cool! Also she showed me where she would like the train to run outside in the yard among the trees which in time will add an extra 200' of track! But that is way down the road!
