What have you done to your Subway Trains?

Hello, I just started in O-Scale and I love the Subway sets. I wanted to see what if anything the members here have done to their sets. Light upgrades, weathering, decals..I wanted to get some tips.. Thanks, J

Here is my R42 which I added passengers, graffiti, driver and painted the part of the axle red to match my R12 set.
