I’m trying to refresh my Lionel 154 and 262 signals. On the bench when I test one side, I get a single light. When I power the other side, not only does the other light work, but I get a little current seepage to the first light. Is this a case of a cracked fiber insulator on the base, or likely a bad wire in the lamp holder?
