Unfortunately that is one of the liberties Star Trek always took. The sounds in space from the "whoosh" as the Enterprise passed by to the "explosions" in space so any sound it makes is authentic to Star Trek.

And just about every other sci-fi movie or TV series.

If they're going to use anything, it should be phaser sounds for the horn and photo torpedo sounds for the bell.
