What's the best way to remove a flywheel

I am going to remotor my Rich Yoder S-12 with a pittman 8424j181 motor.  The shaft sizes between the Canon motor in the RY is the same as the Pittman motor (4mm).  So what is the best way to remove the flywheel and the belt pulley and then install on the new motor?  Or am I better off buying a new flywheel and pulley for the pittman motor?  This is my first foray into a re-motor and am not afraid to buy a tool if I need it since I hope to do this again one day.

I found the correct flywheel at NWSL, but haven't found a new pulley yet. Here is a picture of the 2 motors...Thanks
