Look carefully between the cogs of the belt pulley for a set screw. Should be easy to spot if so equipped. From what I’m seeing, the cog wheel on the front of that motor appears to be aluminum. ( as most I’ve seen are ) special care to remove must be used if it’s a press fitted part. The cog wheel can be easily damaged. As mentioned by Pete, the stock flywheel could be turned into a slip fit/set screw fairly easily, if it’s not already.
