What scale are Lionel 027 shipping containers?

I am interested if anybody could supply me with exact dimensions of the Lionel shipping containers. The kind that generally come in the 3 packs. I have always thought that they where 1/64 scale but am not positive. I don't have any on had at the moment to measure.
