Go to Meredith, NH, on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, one of the largest,most beautiful, natural lakes in New England. Enjoy the lake then take a dinner ride on the Winnipesaukee Railway leaving Meredith in the late afternoon.Check the Internet for the schedule.

Also, taking a ride on the cog rail road to the top of Mount Washington, the second highest mountain east of the Mississippi, is possibly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and very exciting. You can go online and check the schedule.

Upper New England is a wonderful place to visit any time of the year , the scenery will be spectacular and there are excellent restaurants all over the place.
