Seems to me that a model of the Amtrak-Siemens ACS-64 Cities Sprinter would generate a sufficient number of orders not only from previous Sunset/3rd Rail customers, but also from the wider O-gauge community. I would order a couple - and some extra passenger cars too. Why has no O-gauge/scale manufacturer yet offered an ACS-64 electric?

They would probably have to work with Siemens to get the tooling and it would have to be licensed by Amtrak.
