What would be the best consist for this passenger engine?

Bought this engine & tender - 30 years old but never run. Had it greased, oiled, and test run - all good. My understanding is that this was employed in NYC passenger service only. What would be a good (o gauge available) set of cars to put behind it? Thanks.
