IMHO Only.....Atlas got caught in the perfect storm. A slight downturn in folks buying O scale trains and a move toward scale items. Atlas is known for it's scale products so it was not the best match. I could see Menard's leasing or buying the reefers, 2 bay hoppers and tanks.....they would fit well in their line.
