I differ.  The orange hall is so large, I would start with the smaller halls.  There are some huge dealers in them that bring a ton of stuff.  Their booths are way larger than those in the orange hall, and they will "deal" and you can ask them if they have what you are looking for.  You can check their stocks quicker and then go to the orange.
