Thank you all. Based on your responses, I went ahead and ordered the MTH MT-3016L version, new in the box, for what I believe to be a reasonable price. I was aware of MTH's PS2 version and, if comparably priced (doubtful), I would have preferred it over the MT-3016L, but I haven't seen the PS2 version for sale.
