whistle issue on 1988 remake of the Lionel Hiawatha Atlantic and cars

triplexOGR Forum Member DIGITAL SUBSCRIBER

The whistle on my 1988 Lionel Milwaukee Road Hiawatha steam engines blows but then won't stop blowing unless I kill the power. Could it be the relay, and if so where can i get a replacement relay?
