who does custom painting on "O" scale diesels this time of the year ?

Hello guys and gals

Who does custom painting on "O" scale diesels this time of the year ? That can do a SIMPLE paint job / decal work like the Lionel # 634 switcher. I soon will have a Railking NW-2 switcher and would like to have the shell repainted to be like the #634. That 634 switcher was my first switcher I had in 1965. I would like to install LED's in front and back headlights, I think 5mm? I have long time emotional ties to the #634.
