There's a reason that those are at giveaway prices. If you actually want to run it, it's not much of a locomotive. I suspect that she's going to actually run it. The combination of a single motor AC that is only powering the front truck leads to very poor traction, not to mention mediocre speed control. Since I suspect she'll also like to run it with DCS, that's a non-starter as well.
