Calling them or anyone is a hassle to me because I am hearing-impaired that's why I use E-mails instead. I agree that phone call is quicker.

That is understandable.  I too like to deal with emails because its easy and I can send them any time, but a lot of the hobby community, eve those with websites, are older and less tech savvy, and responding to emails isn't always a priority.  I hope you hear back and resolve your issues soon.
