Who is running SD 70s in a consist?

We have tried running SD 70ace as a consist and have found engines running at different speeds. Lead loco will run slow, second locomotive running at higher speed will be spinning wheels. We have tried from three to seven engines together. As they run some of the couplers are stretched out some jammed together. It looks as though these engines will not support a stall setting to get all to start at same time. Has any one else had this issue?
