Well how about, video games? The rising genaration seem addicted. It only requires button pushing, and very little space. Its hard to grow model trains, with that kind of competition. The satisfaction of creating, seems to be replaced with a mind numbing fixation. It has to have an effect on growing the hobby, just thinking!
