Thanks Engineer Joe - Batteries holding a charge, different TIU, added on the remote. Problem seems to have been a 3-4 foot section on track with a signal of 5. I had just cleaned track, must have missed that spot. Once I cleaned it, everything seems to work fine. I knew it would be something simple - thanks for opening my eyes!
