Wifi Unit no TIU signal

Hi Folks,

I've got an L level TIU that I've been using for years with an original 1.0 wifi unit but recently when I fired it up the wifi unit does not see the TIU. At least I get no light and no connectivity to the track via the app. I've got a 1000W mth power supply going into fixed in a and fixed out 1 to the track.

How do I diagnose the problem?
