1361 was never converted to run on oil. As to where it will be able to run, I suspect no major railroad will permit it on their rails in full operation due to insurance requirements. It is more likely to operate on shortlines or excursion roads. Put some P70's behind it and it would look great running from Strasburg to Paradise.
