Williams Budd Car instructions help??

I have a older high quality Great Northern version and only product # on

side of box is "BC-105" with car #520. I know the "manuals" don't go much

beyond lube points etc. Perhaps someone has a similar product. It is stuck

in neutral with no obvious lockout switch.
